Tanzania Modest Women Expo: STARA

We created STARA As a platform where top designers, boutiques and online sellers of abayas, jilbabs, jubbas, hijabs, bonnets, occasional modest wears and Islamic accessories can come together and inspire a Modest way of living. 

This number one shopping festival experience for Islamic Clothing will bring together Man and woman in a stunning location where people would be able to buy and sell their ladies abayas, hijabs,  etc.

This event which has been designed to honor working women who embraced hijabs will showcase designs that are comfort to wear,  good quality tailored, and above all modesty. Most of these designs have been made with love and care,  by our local designers, some have been  imported. We hope you will enjoy the next Stara event to the fullest looking  forward to seeing you there.

Our primary vision is to create a Tanzania where Modest Women feels proud of their hijabs. Stara will bring together best fashion designer of Modest outfits, because we have the urge and strive to deliver an unrivaled customer experience where quality and style will not be compromised.

STARA: TANZANIA MODEST WOMENT EXPO 2015 

Tamasha hili linalenga kumrudishia thamani mwanamke kupitia maonyesho ya mavazi na kumpatia mada mbalimbali zitakazomuwezesha kujikwamua kiuchumi. 

Tanzania modest women expo. Kwangu mimi hii ilikuwa ni ndoto ya muda mrefu. Ninayo furaha kubwa mno kuona ndoto hii ikitimia.

Kama Mwanamke ninayejistiri, nimekumbana na vitu vingi kiasi cha kuwaza kumtambua na kumpa thamani mwanamke wa design yangu, kwa kumuunga mkono, na kumuwezesha. 

Tamasha hili dada zangu, mama zangu, wadogo zangu  .. aims to empower and celebrate Modest Women in Tanzania.”

Kupitia tamasha hili, tuliwapa nafasi ya kibiashara wajasiriamali wanawake zaidi ya 15 ambao wameshiriki katika Exhibition ya vitu mbalimbali katika ukumbi wa City Garden. Nadiriki kusema nimefarijika sana kuona kazi za mikono za wanawake hawa, na uchakarikaji wa wanawake hawa katika kujiendeshea na kuendesha Maisha yao katika Stara kwa njia sahihi.

Naomba kuwapongeza sana pia Wabunifu wa Mavazi ya Heshima ya Wanawake kwa kazi nzuri waliyoifanya, ikiwa pia ni pamoja na kuona bidhaa mbalimbali za mwanamke mjasiriamali katika runway.

Lengo ni lile lile la kumpa thamani Mwanamke kupitia Maonyesho yanayomuhusu yeye.

Mbali na Mavazi, pia tuna wahadhiri kutoka katika Nyanja mbalimbali zikiwemo mbinu za ujasiramali, utunzaji wa fedha pamoja na masuala ya Ndoa.

Tunaamini kupitia Tamasha hili Manamke ataweza kujitambua na kujithamini.

Challenge za Stara ni nyingi. Tuko hapa kuirudisha thamani yako Mwanamke na kukupa moyo kuwa hauko peke yako.

Kupitia STARA Wanawake wajasirilamali, Wabunifu, na Wengine katika Nyanja tofauti tofauti, tutaweza, kukutana, kufahamiana kuunganishana na kujadili Mambo muhimu yaliyowazunguka katika jamii.

STARA FASHION WEEK 2015

Labda nianze kwa kuelezea furaha yangu kwa nafasi mliyonipa katika Tamasha hili la kwanza la stara.Tanzania modest women expo.

Stara inafungua Nyanja mbalimbali za ujasiramali, utunzaji wa fedha pamoja na masuala ya Ndoa.

Pengine hiki kitu kilikuwa kwenye akili ya wengi, lakini ninyi.. Mka kaa na kulifanyia kazi. Niwepongeze sana kwa kutambua kuwa Modest Women wanahitaji kuwa covered katika Masuala mbalimbali yanayoizunguka jamii.

Mimi Pia Kama Mwanamke Ninayejistiri, nimekumbana na vitu vingi kiasi cha kuwaza kumtambua na kuungana  na mwanamke mwengine kama mimi ni share experience zangu na nijifunze kutoka kwa wenzangu. 

Kwa machache tu naomba kusisitiza kauli mbiu yenu.. Lets empower and celebrate Modest Women in Tanzania.
